Translucent fibre strands will adhere permanently to silicone paint to create the appearance of newborn lanugo. Paint safe and non toxic. Used together with silicone velvet™ matte powder, Silicone Downy Fuzz™  fibres are a new way to create direction hair that is vey short and fine on the surface of the newborn skin, but won't rub away like other methods.
Add to brow lines, lower cheeks, and for very early babies shoulders.
Available in different colors of your choice.
