HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is very simple: Just follow the instructions on our e-commerce site www.bebaby.it/shop
For your safety in the transaction and to get the best out of your order we request registration on the site. Your data will be used exclusively for order fulfillment and are encrypted (preserved with anti-hacker system) and stored in our database; you can request the removal at any time by canceling the registration if you do not have orders in process
All contracts are concluded directly through registration and access to the e-commerce site corresponding to the address www.bebaby.it where the customer can decide to conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by following the instructions and procedures provided by the electronic cart.
Warning: DO NOT send order confirmations if you do not intend to purchase.
THE ORDER CONFIRMATION IS OBLIGED TO PURCHASE AND PAYMENT BEFORE 5 DAYS
These general conditions of sale are an integral part of the contract between Bebaby and Customer, therefore the customer is required to read them online or print and read them, before concluding the purchase procedure. The confirmation of the order therefore implies the total knowledge of the same and their total acceptance.
It is advisable not to purchase products sold out (reported in the availability of any article with the words "coming soon" and however well highlighted in the cart as "sold out") as the procurement of the same may take a time ranging from 7 days to 2 months .
Orders will be processed only with available goods.
In case of exhausted goods, warehouse error, unavailability (where availability is reported as good or poor) we will contact the customer to find a solution convenient to both parties.
We do not accept returns or claims for glass eyes, as these are fragile in nature and are perfectly checked and packaged.
PRE-ORDERS
Please note that all amounts paid towards a Pre-Order product is NOT-REFUNDABLE, and not transferable to another product.
All unpaid Pre-Order Products will be sent to you in full within 15 days of receiving our
email for the balance two, except if PRIOR arrangements were made with us.
If you do not pay the balance two by the date arranged, your product will be offered to the customer on our waiting list
without refund of pre-orders
Delays in receipt of pre-order kits from suppliers are always possible, so we do not accept complaints for late arrival of pre-order kits.
If you buy a pre-order you must be sure you want to buy it !!
GENESIS PRODUCTS (MEDIUMS)or other products subject to the restriction ( for example kits on preorders of Natali Blick ):
Due to the scarcity of products on the market, it is possible to buy only 1 piece at a time, as indicated in the list of each product subject to the restriction. Orders that contain multiple products of the same item will be canceled.The customer who paid by paypal method will receive a refund money minus paypal fees (5%).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS/ Shipping for international customers:
at the time of shipment, the tracking code of the package is sent to the customer by email.
A copy of the e-mail with the tracking number is also visible under the order status, which can be viewed by the customer by accessing the site with their access data in the personal area.
It is very important that the customer follows the tracking of the package.

Packages returned to us due to customer negligence (repeated absence and who did not track his package) will not be refunded for shipping. Our company sells exclusively by correspondence.
Orders can only be sent via our site. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT 22% and are updated periodically, so they can be changed without notice.
In case of incorrect / not updated price or price omission Bebaby reserves the right to cancel the order and, in case of prepayment, immediately reimburse the order value unless otherwise agreed between the parties

SHIPMENTS
Our shipments are made for Italy and abroad by /BARTOLINI/DPD -Fedexexpress courier.
The goods are always accompanied by the relative invoice inside the package.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, unless otherwise specified and involve a cost starting from Euro 8.00 including VAT for Italy and may increase proportionally based on the volume and weight of the goods.
For orders over 250.00 euros Shipping is free in Italy (ONLY FOR ITALY)
About Shipping costs for Isole minor, Venezie, Lagune, Livigno, San Marino ask for a quote
before sending an order.
In case of incorrect calculation for these locations we reserve the right to contact the customer and cancel the order
For foreign countries a variable cost is foreseen according to weight, and after the contact a detailed cost will be provided.
If the order exceeds 250 euros foreign customers will be contacted later for shipping costs.

COMPLAINTS
No claims for damaged, defective or missing goods are accepted in any form unless they are reported by 24.00 on the day of receipt / collection of goods.
Packages with evident signs of damage / tampering must be collected with "RESERVE OF CONTROL" and immediately reported to our company.
WITHOUT RESERVE OF CONTROL, NO CLAIMS ARE ACCEPTED, BECAUSE THE COURIER IS DISCLAIMED BY RESPONSIBILITY FROM THE REGULAR WITHDRAWAL OF THE PACKAGE.
From the day after the collection we do not accept claims for damaged, defective or missing goods in any way.
Therefore please kind customers to an immediate integrity check.
RETURNS
In case of return for re-thinking or wrong purchase ( for example final balance for the kits without pre-order) from customers the shipping costs are not reimbursed and you are entitled to a change or voucher to be used in our shop.
For purchases with Paypal payment or credit card (on Paypal protected server) the amount to be reimbursed (in vouchers or exchange) will be subtracted from the request costs from Paypal equal to 5% of the total amount ( Paypal fees).

1. LIABILITY
Bebaby company assumes no responsibility for the disservices due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to carry out the sales agreement within the agreed time frame. Bebaby company will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the sale agreement for the reasons mentioned above, or in respect of damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of use or impossibility to use the products purchased by Bebaby, having the customer only entitled to any refund of the price paid, excluding any shipping costs.
Likewise, Bebaby company is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products. In fact, Bebaby company is not able to know the buyer's credit card number at any time during the purchase procedure; at the same time blebby company is not able to check the correct and lawful origin of the credit that is delivered by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The customer agrees, once the "online" purchase procedure has been concluded, to provide for the printing and / or conservation of these general conditions, which, however, will have already viewed and accepted as a necessary step in the purchase , as well as to print the specifications of the product object of the purchase, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/05.
It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and / or invented and / or imagined data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this sales agreement and the related additional communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively the real personal data and not of third persons.

3. AUTHORIZATIONS

4. CONTRACTUAL RESOLUTION AND EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
The obligations assumed by the client in art. 2 above (Obligations of the purchaser), as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer must make, are essential, so that by express agreement, the Customer's failure to fulfill only one of these obligations will determine the termination of contract law pursuant to art.1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right of Bebaby to take legal action for compensation for further damages.
5. JURISDICTION AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the online sale agreements obtained through the website www.bebaby.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; the present general conditions are reported, to the extent not expressly provided for therein, to the combined provisions of Legislative Decree 50/92 and Legislative Decree 206/05.
For any dispute between the parties regarding the present contract will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lecco.
6. WARRANTY
Our products are covered by warranty, and any reports must be made by 24.00 on the day of receipt of goods.
The warranty responds to manufacturing defects or differences from the technical specifications.
In the event that the product is defective, it is possible to return it together with the precise description of the anomaly found, to the proof of purchase with the relative data and to all the accessories.
At our office will be analyzed the reported defect; Once the anomaly is found, the replacement will be carried out with the same new model. If the replacement product is not available, the customer will be offered the replacement with another model of similar features at no cost.
The shipping costs (agreed) for the return of the goods will be at our expense (you must use only the original packaging); the return of the replacement product will be at our expense.
As a guarantee of the customer, the Bebaby Staff carries out further verification of the quality and quantity of the items at the time of packaging before shipment.
We remind you that the warranty is not valid in the following cases:
- evident signs of wear on the most subject parts;
- the product has been tampered with, in the case of physical damage and incorrect use;
- damage caused by accidents or force majeure events, such as fire, flooding, vandalism, theft and miscellaneous.
7. FACULTY TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN THE MEANING OF D.LGS. 206/05
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 205/06, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal on new products and return the product received, in compliance with the terms and conditions indicated below
The Customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 7 working days from delivery (the date of delivery indicated on the courier's waybill will attest).
The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline by sending a registered letter with return receipt and all the goods purchased at the following address: Bebaby via Fermi 7 23899 Robbiate (Lc)
The communication can also be anticipated by email, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
In case of applicability of the right of withdrawal the Customer is required to return at his own expense all the items related to the invoice as they are received and that is absolutely new, unused, complete with all their parts and in original packaging (envelopes and packaging ).
Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
As per legislation all costs of returning the product are charged to the consumer.
For the return of goods, we advise our customers to use the insured mail service that we believe is faster, safer and cheaper or express courier. We invite our customers to cooperate with us by following our procedure for sending returns and not to send goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
In case of application of the right of withdrawal, once the goods have been received, Bebaby will issue a voucher equal to the value of the goods purchased, excluding shipping costs.
For those who purchased with a credit card (through paypal) or Paypal, Bebaby will issue a voucher equal to the value of the goods purchased, excluding shipping costs and Paypal fees equal to 5% of the total amount.
Attention: If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the collection of the goods at our office will be at the customer's care.
